Our concepts for marketing events hit the mark. We investigate thoroughly, analyse exactly and we also ask your target group. We develop event mechanisms and the corresponding event tools. All together we introduce you in a professional presentation and fascinate you with our ideas.

We plan and organise
Already while planning we are your communication centre and we hold the reins as lead agency. We take over the whole contract management, obtain approvals, brief suppliers, manage agencies and logistics. We lay out plan drawings, pay attention to the graphic adaptation of your advertising materials and we make creative PR that will be remembered. We set schedules, take care of the booking and construct routings and conceptions.

We run the event
During the event we take charge of content, organisation and engineering, lead all parties, and make sure that everything goes smoothly. Our experienced tour managers are on location – from construction to dismantling and certainly during the whole event. We provide you with promotional staff, we instruct them professionally and individually and we motivate them to maximum efficiency during the whole event. We at G|Pro Consult have counted on the experience of our professionals for years – but we are not at a standstill. Each event is a new and exciting job – that’s what makes our events so successful.  

We document and report
For all our creativity we do not forget that effective events also have to be measurable in operating terms. We generate detailed calculations, carry out filed financial controlling from the first step on, and react quickly and properly to variations.
Our reporting is based on professional tools and can be adapted to your individual needs. We provide reporting after the event in images, words and gladly also in audio including cleanly conditioned counts for your files. From budget controlling to quality management – we also know our job on this!
